the diet solution program

ever since i arrived to usa i heard read saw a lot of fat burning ads, but they were all with buying their products, i saw a lot of foods with saying taste like this or that with no calories. i always wondered how mankind survived all these thousand of years without diet plans and now all of a suddent its a hot markete, I just saw this video by diet solution program and overjoyed a nutrition actually saying what i thought. i think all of the others they are better. n no i m not buying their guide.
